What is your cancelation policy?


Due to the custom nature of each entertainment experience - we have different policies for each one. Always striving to give the smoothest process with each experience - we recommend you inquire with your specialist to ask about cancelations. Typically, once confirmed experiences are non-cancellable unless the event itself is cancelled.




How do I stay up to date with everything going on?


In today's world there are way too many events going on for any one person to keep up with everything. For that reason - we decided to specialize in it and dedicate our time to gathering the top events the world has to offer. We encourage you to sign up here to receive up to date information.




Who do I ensure my payment and experience is secure?


CurEnt Group works on a 100% guarantee of your purchase. You will always be provided with a receipt of purchase.




I purchased a ticket to an event. Now what?


Please connect with your personal contact at CurEnt Group, or reach out to taylor@curentgroup.com, for specific details on each show. Sometimes tickets are not available until 24hrs before the event. This is dependent on each show and how they determine security to prevent fraudulent passes.




I purchased a Meet & Greet or custom event. Now what?


Please connect with your dedicated contact at CurEnt Group for specific details on each event. Details for Meet & Greets are sometimes not released until 24/48 hrs before the event. Please do not panic - this is very normal.
