Cancellation requests should be made in writing, however, CurEnt Group reserves the right to decline all cancellation requests upon the confirmation of the experience. Due to the nature of our work, some events may not be refundable once confirmed. CurEnt Group will endeavor to resell the package(s) on the client's behalf and fight for a refund from our suppliers, but nothing can be guaranteed, at which point, if successful, a full refund less 10% of the full value will be made. All events are non-refundable unless canceled or other terms are made upon the sale. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, we will provide you with a full refund or credit for use on a future purchase. If an event is postponed and rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date. Except when replacement tickets are required, CurEnt Group does not provide refunds for postponed or rescheduled events, partial performances, or venue, date, lineup, or time changes.
